hirify.global is a fintech company creating an online bank and services for entrepreneurs and enterprises.

What you will do

• Take full responsibility for the product and manage the backlog independently.
• Identify deep user pains and needs.
• Collaborate with marketing leader on product promotion ideas.
• Analyze advertising funnels within the bank.
• Lead projects from start to finish, aiming to grow product penetration by 3% next quarter.
• Organize effective team communication among developers, designers, UX researchers, and other teams.
• Calculate unit economics.

Requirements

• Must have experience creating or scaling products.
• Strong understanding of product metrics like ARPPU and LTV.
• Ability to identify and satisfy a large audience's needs.
• Clear task setting for designers, editors, researchers, and marketers.
• Ability to collaborate with related teams such as support, legal, and sales.
• Planning skills for 3–6 months roadmaps.
