Consulting Senior Manager (Payments): Leading consulting sales and project delivery for banks, payment providers, merchants, and fintechs in Czechia with an accent on payments strategy, digital business solutions, and senior client relationships. Focus on developing proposals, managing revenue and margins, leading consulting teams, and solving complex banking and payments growth challenges.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid position with office attendance confirmed by the hiring manager and willingness to work onsite with clients when needed.

What you will do
- Lead sales and delivery of Consulting & Analytics engagements for clients in Czechia.
- Build and manage business relationships with senior stakeholders at banks, payment providers, merchants, and fintechs.
- Sell consulting projects and take responsibility for revenue and margin targets across the subcluster.
- Lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients’ businesses and digital banking capabilities.
- Develop digital business solutions by leveraging ’s products, data, innovation, sales, and value-added services.
Requirements
- In-depth management consulting experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Extensive knowledge of the Czech banking and payments sector.
- Strong senior-level client relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience structuring proposals, defining project approaches and deliverables, and leading small consulting teams and external suppliers.
- Experience developing products and business models in digital and technology-driven environments, with advanced analytical skills.
- Excellent spoken and written Czech or Slovak and English are required. High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is also required.
Nice to have
- Experience at a worldwide management consulting firm, including Big Four experience.
- Experience with Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, or other agile methods.
