About the Role
You will publish engaging posts for the Instagram and Facebook Community every three days, monitor and reply to comments across social channels and ad campaigns, track brand mentions across Reddit, Google, and AI search sources, respond to misinformation and negative narratives with facts and empathy, share product updates and roadmap highlights, and handle tough questions with professionalism and transparency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, PR, or brand reputation
- Strong writing skills with the ability to be direct, warm, and persuasive
- Thick skin and a cool head under online negativity
- Familiarity with Reddit culture and how AI and search surfaces brand content
- Genuine belief that great communication can change minds
Responsibilities
- Publish engaging posts in the Instagram and Facebook Community every three days
- Monitor and respond to comments across Instagram, Facebook Community, and ad campaigns
- Track mentions across Reddit, Google, and AI-powered search sources and respond thoughtfully
- Counter misinformation and negative narratives with facts, empathy, and clarity
- Educate the community on product updates and roadmap
- Handle tough questions and concerns with professionalism and transparency
