What you will do

• Help entrepreneurs understand and use the online bank and related services.
• Assist clients with tariff selection, acquiring, loyalty programs, and accounting.
• Work autonomously with clients without strict scripts or bureaucratic delays.

Requirements

• Experience working with clients; experience with legal entities is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Self-organization and ability to work without supervision.
• Willingness to learn new information and software.
