What you will do

• Plan and deliver a focused portfolio of hirify.global-led and partner-led B2B events, including conferences, trade shows, and roundtables.
• Develop and manage a master events calendar in alignment with marketing, communications, and sales teams.
• Own end-to-end execution from concept and agenda design to speaker sourcing and post-event follow-up.
• Design events as demand generation drivers, defining lead capture and qualification frameworks in partnership with Sales.
• Track success metrics including attendance quality and pipeline contribution via Eloqua and MS Dynamics.
• Manage vendor relations, logistics, and budgets to ensure event quality and ROI.

Requirements

• Strong background in strategy, planning, and production of B2B events, including budget management.
• Proven experience delivering events tied to commercial and pipeline outcomes.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams in complex B2B environments.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
• Experience in payments, fintech, technology, or enterprise B2B industries preferred.
