What you will do

• Assist entrepreneurs with payment acceptance products including online cash registers and acquiring services.
• Resolve client issues independently without bureaucratic delays or scripts.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients via chat and phone.

Requirements

• Must have experience working with clients; experience with legal entities is a plus.
• Ability to self-organize and work without supervision.
• Willingness to learn new information and software.
