Manager; Solutions Delivery (Fintech)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria; hybrid work with office attendance determined by the hiring manager

What you will do

• Lead delivery of consumer products, digital products, and value-added services for designated clients.
• Represent the market in collaboration with the West Africa Product Solutions Delivery Lead and provide strategic problem-solving support.
• Align product roadmaps with cross-functional initiatives and execute market OKRs.
• Build client relationships, understand business priorities, and propose products that improve client outcomes.
• Develop client product plans and manage the value-added services sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Deliver solutions on time, within scope and budget, while managing risks, reporting performance, and adjusting project constraints.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in retail banking or fintech is preferred, including 8 years of related industry experience.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines.
