Salary: $109,800 – $186,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support annual strategic plans, business integration plans, and financial budget management for the CIE leadership team.
• Develop high-level PowerPoint materials for town halls, executive leadership presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across operations, risk technology, and program management workstreams.
• Maintain infrastructure for initiative intake, tracking, and status reporting across the organization.
• Manage business requirements for the technology portfolio, from initial intake to end-to-end lifecycle partnership with product teams.
• Implement initiatives based on change management principles, utilizing RACI, cost/benefit analysis, and risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• Proven ability to leverage data for complex financial cost-benefit analysis and business case determination.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into successful deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment under pressure and shifting priorities.
