What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the most complex, high-visibility government engagements, managing governance, budgets, and milestones.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Mayors, CIOs, and agency heads.
• Develop and improve repeatable delivery frameworks and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Design organizational structures, resource models, and delegation frameworks to ensure high-quality output.
• Mentor and coach Principal, Lead, and Engagement Managers to build future delivery talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to feed customer insights into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise or government transformation engagements in SaaS or civic technology.
• Proven track record of managing high-risk, multi-stakeholder programs and recovering dissatisfied client relationships.
• Expert-level financial acumen for project budget forecasting, margin analysis, and variance reporting.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to lead steering committees and handle complex Q&As.
• Deep expertise in Project Management and Agile methodologies applied to large-scale transformation.
• Must be based in Canada and able to travel within the US and Canada approximately 30-40%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms or GovTech ecosystems.
• Familiarity with permitting, licensing, or government service delivery workflows.
• Background in organizational change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows and delivery efficiency.
