What you will do

• Monitor financial performance of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Review and approve monthly accruals, AR reviews, CAPEX distributions, and commercial billings.
• Manage lease abstracts, OPEX recovery setups, and monthly variance reports.
• Handle CAM reconciliation inquiries and oversee tenant audit processes.
• Coordinate with accountants for final settlements during property transitions.
• Provide software mentoring and training to the Property Management team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Denver, CO (Onsite)
• 3+ years of experience in property management with significant financial responsibility.
• Proficiency with Yardi and/or MRI software.
• Advanced accounting skills and knowledge of commercial lease recovery language.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
