What you will do
- Monitor financial performance of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Review and approve monthly accruals, AR reviews, CAPEX distributions, and commercial billings.
- Manage lease abstracts, OPEX recovery setups, and monthly variance reports.
- Handle CAM reconciliation inquiries and oversee tenant audit processes.
- Coordinate with accountants for final settlements during property transitions.
- Provide software mentoring and training to the Property Management team.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Denver, CO (Onsite)
- 3+ years of experience in property management with significant financial responsibility.
- Proficiency with Yardi and/or MRI software.
- Advanced accounting skills and knowledge of commercial lease recovery language.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
