What you will do
- Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for commercial and mid-market customers.
- Configure and optimize within development workflows and CI/CD environments.
- Deliver customer trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and serve as a technical escalation point for complex implementation challenges.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and ensure long-term technical health.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Experience onboarding or supporting SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
- Strong technical knowledge of software development workflows and modern engineering tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting APIs, integrations, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Comfortable working from the command line and debugging technical issues.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
