What you will do
- Act as a strategic analytics partner for Channel Ops, translating business questions into technical AI-enabled solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable analytical models using SQL and Python for pipeline analysis and revenue optimization.
- Design and implement high-impact dashboards and visual storytelling assets in Looker and Metabase.
- Automate data flows and reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase analytical velocity.
- Leverage AI tools like Gemini and NotebookLM to scale documentation and insight generation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive performance gains.
Requirements
- Advanced technical expertise in SQL and Python for building scalable data models and automated workflows.
- Proficiency in Looker, Metabase, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills for managing complex datasets and performance modeling.
- Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory).
- Prior experience in project management (mandatory).
- Must be based in Brazil.
