Leave Management Analyst

Location: MI - Zeeland, USA (Onsite)

What you will do

• Manage FMLA, disability, and other leave programs and ADAAA accommodation requests.
• Conduct benefits benchmark surveys and analyze data to ensure programs align with market practices.
• Develop training materials and communications for HRBPs, Work Team Leaders, and associates.
• Ensure strict state and federal compliance of all leave policies.
• Lead the accommodation process in partnership with the Legal Department.
• Manage the disability and leave administration vendor to ensure policy adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of benefits or disability claims management experience.
• Solid knowledge of laws and regulations related to FMLA, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or other benefits platforms.
• Previous experience with data analytic software.
