TL;DR
Consumer Solutions Manager (Fintech): Driving growth in consumer cards and value-added services by aligning product initiatives with client needs and market trends with an accent on product propositions and sales support. Focus on tailoring complex payment solutions, managing product sales planning, and delivering high-impact presentations to stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid (Frankfurt, Germany) - at least 3 days in office required

What you will do
- Tailor products and solutions to client needs through visually engaging presentations and strategic communication.
- Lead product-related projects and client workshops to address market opportunities and client challenges.
- Support the development of win strategies for Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Manage the product sales planning process and partner with Sales teams to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure 's solutions meet all stakeholder payment needs.
- Identify strategic opportunities for capabilities by understanding various customer segment business needs.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the cards and banking industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Deep understanding of consumer debit/credit products and affluent segment needs.
- Proven experience in product management, sales support, and card operations.
- Technical understanding of payment technologies including eCommerce, Tokenization, EMV, and NFC.
- Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in crafting complex presentations in PowerPoint.
