Salary: $110,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and manage the Sales Associate team to achieve profitability goals.
• Develop and implement a strategic vision and sales programs for the team and internal matrix partners.
• Act as a liaison between contracting, product, and operations teams to improve sales processes and efficiency.
• Provide individualized and group coaching on cold calling, analytics meeting management, and other identified skill gaps.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative performance indicators for sustainable growth.
• Partner with Human Resources regarding hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of market channels such as Government, Corporations, Tax, Accounting, or Law.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for high-level professional audiences.
