Overview

You will assist Tochka's clients with any questions via chat and phone. Handling various requests, from document orders to providing recommendations, your primary goal is to resolve each client's inquiry with attentiveness.

What you will do

• Assist clients with inquiries via chat and phone.
• Resolve client issues independently with trust and minimal bureaucracy.
• Communicate respectfully without scripts, exceeding client expectations.

Requirements

• Experience working with clients. Experience with legal entities is an advantage.
• Easily find common ground with people and clearly explain complex things.
• Able to organize yourself, work without control and reminders.
• Willing to undergo training, master new information and programs.
