Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to define workflow challenges and technical requirements.
• Build and deploy AI-powered agents, custom tools, and automated workflows within the hirify.global platform.
• Design and implement integrations with customers' internal systems and data sources.
• Ensure the correctness, reliability, and security of all shipped solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate field insights into core product roadmap opportunities.
• Develop and refine engagement playbooks and scoping frameworks for the Forward Deployed Engineering practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production software.
• Must be based in Utah for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong full-stack development experience and proficiency in system design and architecture.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Experience with context engineering and managing AI agent execution reliability.
• Proficiency in safe release practices, including CI/CD and feature flags.
