Overview

You will work closely with the product team on lending, participate in the development and launch of own credit products and advising employees on current issues and tasks related to the support of Tochka's credit products.

What you will do

• Work closely with the product team on lending.
• Participate in the development and launch of own credit products and partner lending projects.
• Develop and implement internal regulations governing the bank's lending activities.
• Advise employees on current issues and tasks related to the support of Tochka's credit products.
• Participate in negotiations with counterparties.

Requirements

• Experience as a lawyer in a bank for 3+ years, including lending to individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.
• Higher legal education.
• Experience in methodological work.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of lending to individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.
• Knowledge of normative legal acts regulating banking activities and lending.
