What you will do

• Help clients via chat and phone on topics like accounting, taxes, technical, legal, acquiring, payments, and general business questions.
• Work autonomously with freedom to resolve client issues without bureaucratic delays or scripts.
• Choose areas of client support that interest you most.
• Communicate respectfully and aim to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Must have experience working with clients; experience with legal entities is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Self-organization and ability to work without supervision.
• Willingness to learn new information and software.
