What you will do

• Develop and lead regional KOL mapping, profiling, and medical-to-medical communication strategies.
• Establish and manage academic relationships with regional medical societies and organizations to facilitate knowledge delivery.
• Facilitate local data generation by discussing research concepts and managing investigator-initiated or collaborative clinical proposals.
• Drive regional medical strategy for product life cycle management and report actionable medical insights.
• Ensure strict company compliance during the review of promotional materials and educational grants.
• Strengthen the medical capability of field force teams through the design and implementation of customized internal training.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in clinical medicine in a relevant therapeutic area.
• Deep therapeutic area knowledge and familiarity with clinical practice in anti-infectives.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business and business acumen.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in Nanjing or Changsha, China.
