FQM Associate (Manufacturing Quality): Analyzing market defect indicators to predict defects and implementing quality improvement plans with an accent on cost analysis and forecasting. Focus on monitoring CDR indicators, establishing quality goals, and optimizing quality costs.
Location: Onsite in Clarksville, TN

What you will do
- Update and analyze CDR indicators and monthly market defect reports.
- Perform daily CDR monitoring and worst-detail analysis.
- Establish, monitor, and review quality improvement plans and goals.
- Manage and analyze quality costs, including IF, EF, and AP cost management.
- Prepare monthly company planning and cost closing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or a similar technical field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality.
- Must be able to work onsite in Clarksville, TN.
