Sr. Manager; Client Consulting (Payments Technology)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid, with office attendance expectations confirmed by the hiring manager.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client engagements focused on payments transformation and technology strategy for clients in Thailand.
• Manage project oversight and delivery for major, long-term strategic payments technology engagements.
• Define future-state payment technology architectures, develop actionable roadmaps, and support implementation across the payment value chain.
• Build client relationships with issuers, acquirers, merchants, and fintech firms while implementing recommendations for customer lifecycle management and new product launches.
• Coordinate Consulting Delivery Hub resources and deploy consultants across engagements based on capabilities.
• Work with Account Executives and cross-functional hirify.global teams to develop propositions, manage scope and timelines, and deliver solutions across advisory practices.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in retail banking technology or financial services technology consulting.
• Experience with issuer technology areas, including credit card technology architecture design, system migration, technology implementation, and technology project management for both credit and debit cards.
• Experience in consulting, payments technology, project management, and/or process re-engineering.
• In-market experience and knowledge of local culture and industry trends.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, modeling, and scoring schemes.
• Passion for analytics and technology, with the tenacity to implement solutions.
