Senior Data Analyst (Defense): Leading complex data analytics and statistical modeling to develop readiness-based spares for strategic and operational decision-making within the defense sector. Location: Hybrid / Remote. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL).

What you will do

• Lead advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis for readiness-based sparing models.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable data-driven strategies.
• Maintain and improve enterprise data definitions, business rules, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts to support skill development.
• Develop data pipeline architectures and extract data from tools to assess quality for readiness models.
• Document data gathering processes, pipeline configurations, and data flows to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, logistics analysis, or modeling and simulation.
• Advanced experience in data engineering and readiness modeling within the DoD or similar complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) principles and lifecycle sustainment analysis.
• US Citizenship is mandatory to qualify for the required U.S. government personnel security clearance.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Opus Suite (OPUS10, SIMLOX, CONNECT) or equivalent sparing platforms.
• Experience exporting and analyzing data from Navy authoritative systems.
• Familiarity with supportability analysis and developing readiness-based spares packages.
• Knowledge of DoW policies and requirements.
