Location: Remote with option to work from office in Санкт-Петербург; preferably be near the office during first 3 months

Salary: From 109,000 ₽ per month before tax

hirify.global is an IT company developing an online bank and over 60 business services with 24/7 remote client support.

What you will do

• Serve as liaison between clients and partners, exchanging information.
• Organize and control payment processes, assist in contract and document preparation.
• Maintain payment records and update them timely.
• Communicate with entrepreneurs via chat and phone.
• Evaluate currency control documents and prepare confirmation certificates.
• Collaborate with other foreign economic activity teams.
• Develop and implement improvements in currency control processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Russian currency legislation (CB RF Instruction No. 181-I and Law No. 173-FZ)
• Experience with agency contracts and primary documentation.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information.
• Strong communication and explanation skills.
• Self-organization and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new information and software.
