Senior Product Manager

Location: Hybrid or remote with office in Санкт-Петербург, Russia

What you will do

• Lead the booking process across multiple platforms and countries, ensuring fast and reliable service.
• Conduct research, A/B testing, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve product UX and conversion.
• Create innovative features and control key metrics to deliver outstanding product results.
• Build and motivate a cross-functional team including developers, designers, analysts, and QA.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid or remote with presence in Санкт-Петербург office.
• Experience: 3+ years as product manager in IT (B2C, mobile/web, integrations) in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of UX and strategic/system thinking.
• Ability to read APIs, parse logs, and support development with programming knowledge (plus).
• Experience with AI integration in tasks and model selection.
• Good communication skills and ability to formulate clear, testable requirements.
