What you will do

• Fund warehouse lending transactions and support clients during loan closures.
• Manage collateral movement, ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and delivery of documents.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, investors, and document custodians to resolve transaction issues.
• Provide high-touch customer support and build strong working relationships with clients.
• Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to minimize funding delays.
• Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and support business growth.

Requirements

• Associates degree and 3+ years of directly related experience in Warehouse Lending or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse lending operational processes and collateral management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms.
