What you will do

• Develop and facilitate virtual and on-site group meetings to educate participants on retirement plans.
• Drive measurable actions including plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers from previous plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors, key contacts, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage meeting schedules, including all travel booking.
• Complete reporting requirements by logging meetings, attendees, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to improve communication materials and strategies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Bilingual Spanish skills required.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%, including overnight travel.
• 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong public speaking experience.
• Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans.
• Ability to calculate interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions.
