Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) (Pineville)

Location: Must be a full-time resident of the United States and have office space to see clients in the Pineville, Louisiana area; virtual care is also available, with a strong preference for in-person delivery.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Deliver culturally responsive care across a broad spectrum of mental health needs.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when necessary.
• Use measurement-based care and promote skills practice.
• Provide in-person care from office space in the Pineville area and virtual sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with clinical consultation and care navigation resources.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience managing clinical risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Full-time United States residency and office space in the Pineville, Louisiana area are required.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families; in-person care is strongly preferred.
