Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) (Pineville)

Location: Remote in the United States; must be a full-time US resident and have office space to see clients in the Pineville, Louisiana area. In-person care delivery is strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including complex and severe presentations.
• Apply evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Use clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises as needed.
• Deliver care through remote sessions and, preferably, in-person appointments.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing independent practice without supervision.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatment and managing clinical risk.
• Full-time US residency and office space in the Pineville, Louisiana area are required.
