What you will do

• Manage a defined portfolio of North American agency partners, owning both individual and team revenue targets.
• Identify scalable opportunities across agency holding companies to drive net-new revenue and multi-year commitments.
• Lead, coach, and inspect the performance of a pod of Agency Development Partners.
• Shape deal strategies and guide negotiations for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to advance opportunities to contract execution.
• Provide strategic feedback to leadership based on commercial learnings from agencies and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise or agency-led sales motions with direct ownership of revenue outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in a player-coach role, carrying a personal quota while leading a team.
• Strong deal leadership experience, specifically closing complex, multi-party opportunities.
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and maintaining commercial accountability.
• Executive presence and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States
