TL;DR
Central Tool Install (CTI) Schedule and Program Integration Manager (Program Management): Integrating schedule governance, program controls, and document management standards across a global tool install portfolio with an accent on schedule analytics and process governance. Focus on improving predictability, standardization, and execution performance across the Virtual Factory.

Location: Hybrid (Hillsboro, OR or Phoenix, AZ). Not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Salary: $99,550 – $197,960 USD

What you will do

  • Drive adoption and compliance of CTI scheduling standards, governance requirements, and best practices across all sites.
  • Analyze schedule data, trends, float consumption, and forecasting metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead governance processes that support program alignment, change management, and execution readiness.
  • Develop and maintain Construction Management Policies (CMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and governance playbooks.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Factory, Tool Install, Design, and Project Controls to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in program management, project controls, scheduling, or process governance.
  • Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, or capital project programs.
  • Experience working with project schedules, milestone management, or schedule analytics.
  • Experience developing and managing governance documentation and business processes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to develop executive dashboards, KPIs, or Power BI solutions.
  • Background in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of construction project lifecycle management and stage gate processes.
