Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Product Manager to develop internal AI solutions in customer support.

Overview

In this role, you will be a key player in creating tools that increase the efficiency of the entire customer and partner support service. You will take full responsibility for AI products: from understanding user needs to creating practical solutions, launching new features, controlling implementation, and evaluating results. This role is ideal for a specialist with a strong product sense, practical product creation skills, and a passion for working with AI.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop internal AI products: chatbots, voice assistants, and process automation.
  • Design and launch self-service solutions for external users.
  • Create services that help internal support teams and reduce the load on incoming requests.
  • Lead the full product development cycle: from research and prototyping to release and further improvements.
  • Analyze product usage metrics, test hypotheses (PoC), and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI, automation, communication solutions, or customer support.
  • Experience in large-scale operational environments (e.g., customer support services, call centers, BPO) is a plus.
  • Ability to independently manage product initiatives from discovery to launch.
  • Practical experience with conversational AI (chatbots, voice bots), voice assistants, AI summaries, or prompt-based tools.
  • B2 (Upper Intermediate) English level
