Senior Software Engineer (PLC/HMI): Designing and developing PLC and HMI software for industrial vacuum and abatement products with an accent on software modularity and performance. Focus on hands-on testing with real equipment and implementing automated test frameworks to ensure system reliability.

Location: On-site in Asan, South Korea

What you will do

Design, code, and test PLC and HMI software modules for vacuum pumps and abatement systems.
Perform hands-on validation using real equipment and simulators to ensure functionality.
Implement, maintain, and execute automated test suites.
Conduct peer, design, and code reviews to maintain high software quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and create comprehensive technical documentation.
Execute performance optimization and system tuning.

Requirements

Professional experience in PLC and HMI software development.
Ability to perform hands-on testing with industrial hardware and precursors delivery systems.
Strong skills in software design documentation and requirement analysis.
Must be based in or able to work on-site in Asan, South Korea.
