What you will do
- Drive the implementation of VCA strategy recommendations by working on-site with clients.
- Lead the PMO of strategic initiatives in cards product management, portfolio optimization, and operational improvements.
- Oversee specialist VMS resources and manage overall client relationships and project management.
- Support business development by conducting research and developing proposal content based on industry data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions teams to provide holistic solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of working experience.
- Operating experience in retail banking, cards, or the payment industry.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
- Strong skills in storyboarding, data storytelling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- BSc/BA degree (preferably in Economics, Business, Engineering, or Science).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with a startup mindset and strong customer orientation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Microstrategy for business analytics.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning, modeling, and scoring schemes.
- Advanced degrees such as Masters, MBA, or PhD.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in developing business cases to prove ROI.
