Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams to improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and reliability standards across services.
• Design and implement end-to-end (E2E) testing workflows and integration frameworks for distributed systems.
• Execute load and performance testing to validate systems under peak conditions.
• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to enhance observability and debugging.
• Mentor engineers on reliability engineering fundamentals and testing best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting production systems.
• Experience implementing integration, E2E, or performance/load testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview at a company location.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting media, broadcast, or real-time production systems.
• Familiarity with high-throughput or low-latency systems.
• Experience with containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
