QA Engineer (Fintech): Owns the stability, accuracy, and signal quality of automated test execution by analyzing, debugging, and resolving failing scripts across pipelines with an accent on test automation lifecycle and observability tools. Focus on debugging flaky selectors, synchronization issues, assertion mismatches, and API failure validation.

What you will do
- Execute and monitor pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Categorize failures into test defects, environment, data, or code issues.
- Debug scripts and perform root cause analysis using Playwright and Selenium.
- Identify root causes such as flaky selectors, synchronization/timing issues, assertion mismatches, and data dependency failures.
- Validate API failures using Postman or GraphQL tools.
- Inspect logs and telemetry with App Insights and pipeline logs, track trends, and provide triage reporting.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Egypt
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Experience with logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with test automation lifecycle.
- Experience with observability tools such as App Insights and Azure monitoring.
Nice to have
- Mortgage/FinTech experience.
