Location: Russia, remote or office with flexible attendance
What you will do
- Define the assortment needed for aviation clients.
- Collaborate with BizDev and analysts to set tactics and strategy for product assortment development.
- Lead the Discovery team for assortment.
- Participate actively in forming the aviation product direction strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in product management or 2+ years with product analytics experience.
- Experience working with large data volumes.
- Experience with integrations.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to form product vision and strategy based on market and user needs.
- Deep understanding of product metrics and A/B testing basics.
Nice to have
- Experience as product or data analyst.
- Experience in qualitative research.
- Experience in travel industry.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
