What you will do

• Identify and research business opportunities and partnerships across the gaming industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and present proposals and pitches to secure new business.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on business development strategies.
• Negotiate and close mutually beneficial deals.
• Represent the studio at industry events and report business development results to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional experience in business development or sales within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of PC, web, and mobile gaming markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
