Business Developer (Gaming)

hirify.global is a Brazilian outsourcing and co-development studio supporting Indie, AA, and AAA game studios through 3D art production, Spine animations, DevOps, tool development, and porting.

What you will do

• Identify and research business opportunities and partnerships across the gaming industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and present proposals and pitches to secure new business.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on business-development strategies.
• Negotiate and close mutually beneficial agreements.
• Represent the studio at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions, and report outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of PC, web, and mobile gaming markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with outsourcing or co-development studios.
• AAA game industry experience.
