What you will do

• Support the design, development, testing, and quality review of new assessments.
• Apply I/O Psychology and data analysis skills to product projects.
• Assist with assessment content, scoring methods, and AI-enabled features.
• Translate research on emerging assessment technologies into actionable product features.
• Serve as an expert evaluator by reviewing and rating the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with I/O Psychology, Product, and Data Science teams to share findings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field (preferred).
• At least two years of graduate-level education in I/O Psychology or a related field.
• Knowledge of personnel selection, psychometrics, statistics, and research methods.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Interest or experience in LLMs, machine learning, NLP, prompt design, or AI evaluation.
• Knowledge of EEO requirements, fairness, and professional guidelines for employee selection.
