What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements, current architecture, and business goals.
• Recommend integration strategies and design solution architectures using hirify.global products.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept support.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and resolve technical objections to close deals.
• Build lightweight prototypes and demos to showcase how products solve specific customer problems.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing technical feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a client-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telecom infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English and Gulf Arabic is required.
• Must be based in Dubai, or within the GMT +4 (+/- 1) timezone.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical implementation plans.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or next-generation carrier technologies.
• Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, NLP, or machine learning integrations.
• Ability to build full-stack applications using modern programming languages and APIs.
• Previous background in software engineering or technical support environments.
