What you will do
- Consult with Broadcast Managers to align technical approaches and workflows across projects, events, and R&D.
- Provide hands-on support for live, non-live, capture, and remote (REMI) productions.
- Coordinate encoding and transmission workflows for digital and broadcast platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and IG.
- Maintain technical documentation, signal flows, and workflow diagrams to improve efficiency.
- Test and implement new production technologies, workflows, and tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Media, Technical Operations, or Broadcast Production.
- Knowledge of the full broadcast delivery workflow (capture, production, transmission, encoding, delivery).
- Experience with REMI productions and streaming platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa).
- Fluency in English is required.
