What you will do

• Lead the enterprise information security program, including the development of policies, standards, controls, and governance.
• Define and report the organization's cyber-risk profile and trajectory to executive leadership and the Board.
• Direct security operations such as threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Serve as the organization's Privacy Officer, owning the end-to-end enterprise privacy program.
• Govern cloud security across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, and establish cybersecurity governance for AI and generative AI.
• Oversee third-party cyber risk and ensure regulatory readiness for SEC and FINRA examinations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in information security, cybersecurity, or technology risk.
• 8–10+ years in senior cybersecurity leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, IAM, incident response, and third-party risk management.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, including SEC and FINRA requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
