Company

hirify.global is a technology and financing company providing software and sustainable home-improvement financing for solar, energy efficiency, and related solutions.

What you will do

  • Translate credit and underwriting policies into decision-platform rules and maintain documentation of decisioning flows, overrides, exceptions, and fallback logic.
  • Monitor approval, pull-through, override, and policy-drift metrics through dashboards and identify gaps before they affect portfolio performance.
  • Communicate execution status, risks, trade-offs, and open decisions to senior stakeholders across Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Product, Engineering, and Treasury.
  • Own policy-change approval workflows, version histories, audit trails, back-testing support, and mappings between decision logic and customer communications.
  • Design and validate A/B, champion/challenger, and shadow tests, including pilots with credit and fraud technology vendors.
  • Prioritize configuration requests against engineering and product capacity and manage strategy delivery with independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of credit and underwriting policy, loan decisioning engines, third-party data sources, and portfolio risk.
  • Experience building monitoring dashboards and converting performance data into actionable leadership insights.
  • Working experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau, and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including prioritization of competing changes across Product and Engineering.
  • Ability to design and interpret A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments on policy changes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ownership, communication, integrity, and compliance and audit readiness.

Culture & Benefits

  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional work across Capital Markets, Treasury, Credit Risk, Product, Engineering, and external vendors.
  • Opportunity to improve financing products that support solar, batteries, HVAC, roofing, windows, and other sustainable solutions.
  • Role combines strategic decision-making with hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Work is structured around a hybrid arrangement in San Francisco.
