Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually, subject to local market, skills, and experience.

What you will do
- Develop and integrate satellite payload systems for constellation programs.
- Define requirements, interfaces, integration plans, verification documentation, and technical designs across the payload lifecycle.
- Plan and support system-level testing, performance modeling, and mission analysis from concept through launch and operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external engineering teams, partners, and scientific stakeholders.
- Conduct trade studies, identify technical risks, and support mitigation planning.
- Track technical performance and strengthen systems engineering quality and rigor.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience developing, integrating, and testing complex engineered systems, preferably satellite payloads or similar hardware.
- Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems, payload integration, system architecture, requirements management, interface control, and verification planning.
- Experience with MBSE or comparable structured systems engineering approaches.
- Familiarity with orbital mechanics and LEO Earth observation constellation design.
- Experience with AGI STK, GMAT, Orekit, or equivalent space mission analysis and simulation tools.
- Eligibility to access U.S.-controlled technology: U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected individual status unless licensing requirements are met.
