What you will do

• Develop and enhance strategic stress testing solutions used across Risk and Finance.
• Design and deliver high-quality software solutions ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Optimize SQL Server performance, including complex query writing, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product managers, quantitative teams, and technology partners to define software requirements.
• Implement secure coding practices and unit testing to ensure system reliability and data protection.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the organization's technology communities.

Requirements

• Outstanding T-SQL development skills, including stored procedures and database design.
• Proven experience with SQL Server performance tuning and query optimization.
• Extensive experience developing and supporting ETL solutions using SSIS.
• Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data processing, automation, or analytics.
• Experience with Apache Spark and distributed data processing.
• Experience with C# development and integration of data solutions.
