Salary: €5,300 - €8,000 gross monthly

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services supporting AI lifecycle
• Develop infrastructure and APIs integrating third-party services
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for diverse AI models
• Build and scale APIs and SDKs for AI model serving
• Ensure low latency and high availability
• Partner with product teams to deliver accessible AI solutions

Requirements

• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid work format)
• English: B2 level or higher
• Degree in STEM or equivalent
• Proven experience designing and operating scalable backend systems
• Deep proficiency in Python and knowledge of distributed systems, containerisation, orchestration
• Experience with AI/ML lifecycle challenges including deployment and model management

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with high-performance model serving frameworks, especially for Generative AI
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tools
• Knowledge of data and model versioning strategies
• Open-source contributions or side projects
