What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration of performance bond submissions, including paperwork and timelines.
• Develop and own portfolio-wide risk reporting for bond capacity and insurance program status.
• Administer corporate and project-level insurance programs, renewals, and certificates.
• Build data infrastructure and systems to enable fast, informed risk management decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Growth teams on the operational side of deal structuring.
• Create scalable processes and templates to grow the risk management function.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or performance bonds/surety.
• Knowledge of how performance bonds are underwritten, priced, and structured.
• Solid understanding of corporate and project-level insurance programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Background at a surety company, insurance carrier, or brokerage.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial/energy sectors.
• Industry-specific certifications such as CPCU or ARM.
• Experience building a risk management function from the ground up.
