What you will do
- Design test strategies, detailed test plans, testing timelines, and risk-based QA approaches.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage QA schedules across projects and serve as the primary QA contact for program managers and developers.
- Execute functional, regression, end-to-end, data, warehouse, BI report, and dashboard testing.
- Analyze defects and complex data issues, communicate findings, and support problem resolution with project teams and clients.
- Maintain test documentation and provide timely QA status updates.
- Review controls and test environments to identify process weaknesses and ensure systems are ready for testing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software and data testing, with advanced knowledge of QA concepts, methods, and practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automated web application tests with Playwright.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and Agile practices.
- Advanced SQL Server and query-language skills, including retrieving and profiling complex data from heterogeneous databases.
- Experience testing data-domain initiatives, data warehouses, BI reports, dashboards, and enterprise reporting functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
