Software Developer II (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal business applications that automate workflows, provide historical-data insights, and improve employee tools.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and support project management activities.
• Design, implement, evaluate, test, and revise software solutions.
• Handle change requests, bug fixes, and optimizations across new and legacy applications.
• Create style standards, reusable components, and application reviews aligned with organizational standards.
• Research and integrate new frameworks, programming languages, and automation technologies while mentoring newer developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant full-stack software development experience.
• ASP.NET with C#.
• JavaScript, including jQuery for legacy applications and React, Redux, and TypeScript for new applications.
• Modern CSS and HTML; experience with Less, Sass, or PostCSS is beneficial.
• SQL, specifically Microsoft SQL Server, plus strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Developer certifications.
• UI/UX experience.
• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services experience.
• Experience with CSS pre- and post-processors such as Less, Sass, or PostCSS.
