What you will do

• Execute and review daily operational activities, including cash movements and reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing day-to-day queries and coordinating deliverables.
• Monitor operational activities and investigate exceptions or discrepancies, escalating risks to ensure timely resolution.
• Utilize knowledge of investment funds and financial instruments to optimize transaction lifecycles and client outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, controls, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
• Professional experience in financial services, such as fund administration, banking, custody, or asset management.
• Knowledge of investment funds, financial instruments, and transaction processing within a regulated environment.
• Proven track record of reviewing financial transactions and ensuring operational accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Limassol, Cyprus
