Senior Associate, Investor Delivery (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Support and review daily operational activities, including transactions, cash movements, investor activities, and reporting deliverables.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing queries and coordinating deliverables.
• Monitor operations, investigate exceptions and discrepancies, escalate risks, and support timely resolution.
• Apply knowledge of investment funds, financial instruments, payments, and transaction lifecycles.
• Guide colleagues and support the resolution of operational and client-service challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements, departmental initiatives, controls, and risk-management projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in financial services, such as fund administration, banking, custody, transfer agency, asset management, wealth management, securities operations, or payments.
• Experience reviewing and processing financial transactions, investigating exceptions, and maintaining operational accuracy.
• Knowledge of investment funds, financial instruments, transaction processing, cash operations, and regulated environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
