What you will do

• Perform laboratory experiments, tests, analyses, and sample preparation.
• Organize daily laboratory tasks and serve as a point of contact for basic lab questions.
• Support assigned R&D projects, track task progress, and communicate status to supervisors.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate equipment; report malfunctions and replenish supplies.
• Maintain accurate records, follow SOPs, and promote safe laboratory practices.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technicians to complete work accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• 0–5 years of laboratory or R&D experience.
• Basic laboratory and technical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Organization, time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Emerging leadership and coordination ability.
